Added Bulk-Edit Progress Status button to Advvy Activities

The Advvy Activities section now includes an Edit Progress Status button that appears on the ribbon bar when at
least one task is selected. Clicking the button reveals a fly-out menu where users can select a progress status. This
feature makes bulk updating progress statuses more efficient in the Advvy Activities section.

Added +New Advvy Activity button to Advvy Activities

A +New Advvy Activity button was added to the Advvy Activities section. This button allows users to add tasks
from the Advvy Activities section. When creating a new task via the Advvy Activities section, the user must add both
the campaign and stage to the task form. Campaign is represented in the task form as the Regarding field.

Note: Selecting a task causes this button to be hidden until the task is unselected.

Campaign Start and End Date now a required field

When creating a new campaign the Start and End dates are now required fields, as not filling in these fields
were causing missing data in the Workflow Plan section and workflows not displaying as intended.

Client Portal: Portal Access Task Functionality (Client Assigned Tasks & Report for Portal)

Admin users can now mark tasks at the workflow and campaign levels using the Portal Access field to display those
tasks in the client portal. Tasks are marked as either Agency or Client, signifying who is responsible for completing
the task. In both cases, the tasks are displayed in the client portal, but only the tasks marked as Client can be
actioned in the portal. Please find more details below:

Agency – Read only, tasks marked as Agency will appear in the client portal, but they cannot be edited.
Client – Actionable, tasks marked as Client will appear in the client portal and allows the client to mark them as
complete.

Important notes:

  1. Blocked tasks will not appear in the portal until they are unblocked.
  2. Clients can only change the status of the task. Nothing else can be modified.
  3. Clients can leave notes on tasks assigned to Client or Agency, but notes cannot be edited or deleted by the
    client.

Client Portal: Added “Last Updated” field to Campaign Section

Based on user feedback, we’ve added a Last Updated field to the Client Portal’s Campaigns section. This field
reflects the date and time a campaign was modified. Changing any information on a campaign, including task
progress status or campaign details, will cause this field to update. It is meant to provide a more accurate reflection
of campaign status to the client.

Client Portal: Graphs added to display campaign-related data

The Client Portal’s Campaign section now visualizes data specific to campaign health and status reason. Data is
represented via two pie charts on the page. The media buying information previously displayed in this section has
been moved to the Media Investment section of the client portal.

This new view is meant to be campaign focused, giving clients a specific location to observe data regarding their
campaigns.

Client Portal: Campaign Plan Section renamed to Media Investment

The Campaign Plan tab in the client portal is now called Media Investment, which more accurately reflects the
section’s data. The section includes one pie chart visualizing Planned Gross by Media Type and a bar graph
representing Flightings by Month and Flighting Type. The section also includes a Gantt chart that visualizes
campaign duration and flightings.
The section is meant to provide the client with key information regarding their media investment.

Client Portal: Clients can deactivate briefs

This update provides clients with an option to remove a brief from the client portal by marking it as inactive. If a
client marks a brief as inactive, it will appear in the Inactive Campaign Briefs section in the Campaign Briefs
section within Advvy.

Once a Campaign Brief is converted to a campaign in Advvy, the Campaign Brief automatically becomes inactive on
the Client Portal side. This logic ensures a client cannot deactivate a brief after it’s been converted to a campaign.

Client Portal: %Completion controlled by Report for Statistics flag

This update has changed the way the task completion statistics are calculated, with potential for display in the
Client Portal. Previously, all tasks affected the % Tasks Complete column. So, if there were 100 tasks, 25 were
marked as complete, then the campaign would show as 25% done in the client portal.

User feedback suggested more control over campaign completeness in the client portal would be helpful. We’ve
added a new Report for Statistics flag that directly controls which tasks affect the %Tasks Completed Column.
Therefore, if there are 100 tasks in a campaign, and 10 are marked as Report for Statistics, and five of those tasks are complete, the campaign will show as 50% complete.

Report for statistics field at the workflow level.

The flag can also be accessed at the campaign level, so tasks can be marked as Report for Statistics on the fly. This
will be especially helpful if adhoc tasks are created and should count toward the campaign’s level of completeness.

Client Portal: Workflow Plan – Timeline of Client Interested Tasks

We’ve added a Workflow Plan view to the Campaign Activities section of the Client Portal. This section displays a
list of Client Interested tasks (the functionality described in the Portal Access Task Functionality section above) and
accompanying campaign information in a Gantt Chart view. This area provides a clear timeline of the most
important tasks to the client and the start and end date of the campaign.

Tasks are displayed on the Gantt chart based on its start and end date. The longer the duration of the task, the more
space on the Gantt chart it will take up. Flagged tasks will display outside the campaign’s start and end date.

This view is meant to reflect the whole effort that goes into a campaign, giving the agency the ability to flag and
display tasks outside of a campaigns start and end date, showing the client the full view of how much effort goes
into a campaign.
