Navigating to the Media Types Section
To navigate to the Media Types section in Advvy follow these steps:
- Switch to the Agency Settings section of Advvy
- In the Media section, click on Media Types
Key Terms in the Media Types Section
Media Type Class (Media Type Segment) – Used to describe the class of Media, most often grouped broadly into Online, Offline or a combination of the two.
Media Type Segment – Classifies the different types of media, referring to the four main classifications of media: Digital (Internet), Out of Home (OOH), TV and Radio (Broadcast) and Print.
Media Type Group – Groupings of media within a media type segment to specify the exact type of media being used E.g. Email, Newspaper, National/Local Television, Billboard, Social Media etc.
Creating a new media type via the Media Types Section
Follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Media Types section in Advvy
- Click +New at the top of the screen
- The New Media Type page will appear
- In the New Media Type page add a Name, then select a Media Type Segment and Media Type Group that accurately represents the Media Type you are creating.
