Kanban Board View Added to Advvy Activities Section
Users can view all activities in the Advvy Activities section as a Kanban view. The view can apply to all System Views.
To View the Advvy Activities in the Campaign View:
- Navigate to the Advvy Activities Section
- Click on the three vertical dots on the right side of the screen
- Click Show As
- Select Advvy Kanban board
Important: When using the Kanban board, if you are viewing “Active Advvy Activities” and you move a task from In Progress to Complete, the task will stay in the “Complete” column for 24 hours before being filtered out. The
filtering occurs because a completed activity is no longer active, it’s closed, therefore it should not appear in the
“Active Advvy Activities.”
Activity Form Layout Change
Based on user feedback, the Advvy Activity form has been updated to better the user experience. The most
important information can now be found on the left side of the screen.
Task Types Can Be Changed at the Campaign Level
On the Advvy activity form, the Task Type can now be changed. In previous versions, it was locked. We made this
change to make Advvy more dynamic and allow for more robust adhoc activity task creation.
All Users Can Now Add a Role to Ad Hoc Tasks
This update allows users of all security levels to add a role to an adhoc activity. Previously, this was limited to admins only. The change was made based on user feedback.
Ribbon Button Clean Up in Advvy Activities
This update removes unnecessary buttons on the Advvy Activity form. We wanted to include only the most
important buttons that will have the most impact on users.
