Client Types, Contact Types, Contacts

Customer Master Data consists of consists of one primary entity (Contacts) and two minor data entities (Client Types, Contact Types)

The Client entity hierarchy diagram below shows the relationship between Client Types and Clients.

Client Types

• The Client Types Entity can be used to categorise Clients. (Optional)
• Client Types are related to Client details where it can be included in the Client Information grid (optional)

Contact Types

• The Contact Types Entity can be used to categorise Contacts. (Optional)
• Contact Types are related to Contact details where it can be included in the Contact Information grid (optional)

Contacts

• The Contact Entity is a repository of Contact details for internal and external people. (Optional)
• Contacts contain contact information such as email, addresses and phone numbers.
• Contacts that are related to existing Client records can be activated to access the Advvy Client Portal.
