Master Data: Workflow

Media Workflow, Reporting Pillars, Workflow Deliverables, Workflow Roles, Tags
Workflow Master data combines to create workflow process templates that can be applied to your Campaigns or Projects.
Workflow Master Data consists of three primary entities (Media Workflow, Workflow Roles, Reporting Pillars) and two minor data entities (Workflow Deliverables and Tags).
The Workflow entity hierarchy diagram below shows the relationship between Workflows, Reporting Pillars, Deliverables and Roles.
Workflow master data entities are outlined below:
Media Workflow
- The Media Workflow entity is where stages and tasks are defined to create a workflow process. (Mandatory)
- Workflows are related to Campaign Records and Project Records.
- The Workflow Entity relates to Reporting Pillars for Stages, and Workflow Roles and Deliverables for Tasks.
Reporting Pillars
- The Reporting Pillars entity is used to define the Stage ‘type’ and to provide a common reporting definition across different workflows. (Mandatory)
- Eg Strategy, Briefing, Buying, Planning, Post, Live
Workflow Deliverables
- The Workflow Deliverables entity is used to define linked documents or websites for Workflow Activities. (Optional)
- eg Links to intranet website with How-to instructions.
Workflow Roles
- The Workflow Roles entity is used to define the role for Tasks. (Mandatory)
- The workflow role entity is referenced in Campaign Activities, User Profiles, Workflow Plan and in the Advvy Team Work Dashboard.
- When a workflow role is related to a User profile (Optional) it allows the user to be assigned tasks with matching roles.
Tags
- The Tag entity is a repository of keywords. (Optional)
